UBU catalogue: use English interface for correct export

Contrary to earlier messages from us, it is still necessary to use the English language interface of the Utrecht University Library catalogue to avoid export issues. Using the Dutch interface may result in data ending up in the wrong fields (e.g. publication year in the notes field). When in doubt, always check with the import suggestions list on the RefWorks support pages on the library website. These should always be up to date.

Woldcat workaround for importing from UBU-catalogue

Importing titles from the university library catalogue into RefWorks is possible (see the instruction on our RefWorks support pages) but not always easy. If you are importing single titles it might save you time to locate the title in Worldcat and import it from that catalogue, because it has an easy direct export option. A minor drawback is that you miss out on the specific call number for locating the book on the library shelves in Utrecht.
